Mechanical failure
If your hard drive is unreadable for your computer or making funny noises, it is probably due to a hard drive mechanical failure. The head of the hard drive could be damaged, stuck or misplaced as a result of a physical damage or some other kind of mechanical problem. In this case, the hard drive needs to be taken apart, which requires specific tools and skills of a qualified technician.
Logical hard drive failure
If the hard drive is physically undamaged, readable and appears to be working, but you cannot access your files, it probably suffers from a logical failure. Sometimes a hard drive saves information in an unreadable way due to a logical failure or if the user has unintentionally changed the default settings. In this case, we will carry out hard drive diagnostics and restore the missing data as well as the default settings.

Firstly we would like a description from yourself: what happened to the hard disk or what problems have occured with it. Then we know better how to approach to diagnostics and the restoration process.
We will identify which of the deleted or lost data can be recovered. Diagnostics usually takes 1-5 days. We will then provide a list of files that can be recovered and information on the price range as well as how much work is required. Storage device diagnostics is free of charge!
If our offer is suitable and you have found the photos and maybe some other files that you would like to recover from the list provided – then with your approval we can start the work right away.
We restore the desired files, documents, pictures, etc. from the hard drive. If the data can’t be restored then you don’t have to pay either!
